Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3 pm on the same day (Monday-Friday). Please note that while we strive to meet this target, it is not guaranteed. If your order is not dispatched on the same day, it will be sent out on the following working day.
Delivery Duration
The estimated delivery duration is calculated from the point of dispatch, not from when the order was placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an order dispatch email. This email will contain your tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Delayed Deliveries
Orders may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances with the chosen courier. We kindly ask you to wait an additional 2 working days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us about a delayed order.
